Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we offer ongoing tree maintenance plans! After an initial visit to see what the project requires, we will send you a quote that you can lock in a price for the service. This type of plan is often for tree trimming services every 6-12 months. Trimming a tree after a longer period than 12 months is not recommended due to the number of coconuts/dead fronds that could pose a hazard to our crew or even your property.
We will clean your pool of larger debris, especially fronds, branches, and coconuts. When it comes to sawdust from trimming or removals, we do not sift through the pool to eliminate that kind of debris. Contacting a local pool cleaning service that can do it much faster and efficiently will cost you significantly less.
Unfortunately, we cannot forgo the site visit. Although pictures of a tree are great, there is much more to consider for the work. When it comes to pricing and quoting a job, the ease of access to the location of the tree or property, the size of the tree, and other factors cannot allow us to simply look at the picture to give you a reliable estimate.
