As an HR Coordinator & Business Development of La Isla Tree and Landscape, Beth plays a dual role in managing our human resources functions while driving business growth initiatives throughout the Florida Keys. She’s responsible for coordinating HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Additionally, with her excellent strategic mindset she identifies and pursues new business opportunities, develops strategic partnerships, and implements growth strategies to expand our market presence.
