As a dynamic leader who is well-versed in the nuances of the tree care business and possesses the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team, John developed and implemented the company’s vision and strategic plan. He ensures the alignment of the company’s strategic objectives with market opportunities and industry trends.

Beth Beligan

Business Developer & HR Coordinator

As an HR Coordinator & Business Development, Beth plays a dual role in managing our human resources functions while driving business growth initiatives. She’s responsible for coordinating HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Additionally, with her excellent strategic mindset she identifies and pursues new business opportunities, develops strategic partnerships, and implements growth strategies to expand our market presence.

As an Office Manager, Rebecca oversees the daily operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. Her responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting staff to enhance productivity and maintain a positive workplace culture. Rebecca is also responsible for providing support to our management and operations teams.

As Sales and Operations Manager Bruce has a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of sales and operations functions within our company. He’s responsible for overseeing the sales strategies and operational processes to ensure efficient and effective business performance. He also establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and builds and maintains strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders as well as overseeing daily operations to ensure the smooth running of business processes.

José also plays a dual role within the organization. He’s responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences while also contributing to the company’s marketing efforts. Provides outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and social media. Addresses customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. He also manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor online presence as well as collects and analyze customer feedback to improve services and marketing strategies.

Jonathan is responsible for overseeing and directing our team of tree care professionals in daily operations. He’s involved in coordinating, and executing tree care services, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality work. As a Crew Leader Jonathan serves as the primary point of contact between the crew and management, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project completion.
